Rehearsals for a very ambitious pantomime production of “Peter Pan” have started in earnest, as the 22-strong cast is busy learning lines and acting their part. This time some of the regular performers are joined by many new faces and several talented youngsters.

This is Peter Pan – the panto, but not as you know it! Blessed with great imagination, Alderney author Lee Flewitt has created an incredible version of this traditional pantomime, which will have the audience in suspense…and in stitches! With a heavy dose of humour, plenty of innuendos, double-entendre and amusing character assassinations, this production will go down in local history.

The pantomime, written and produced by Lee Flewitt, is directed by Lee Flewitt and Charlotte Newton. Clever stage design, special lighting effects, unusual props as well as live music will make this a show to remember and a show definitely not to be missed.

There are three evening performances: Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th and Saturday 5th December at 8:00pm in the Island Hall and tickets will go on sale from 2 November at Chrissie’s Homewares at  No. 2, Victoria Street. If you are currently off the island, please email to book your seats.     ENDS
