Important message from the Office of States President William Tate:
Having looked at the weather forecast for the weekend, we have reluctantly decided to cancel the event at Fort Albert and move the Street Party to inside the Island Hall. The programme will remain the same with the addition of the Town Crier and a short address from me.
On the positive side the forecast at the moment is good for Sunday. Fingers crossed.
We will not allow the weather to put a damper on the weekend.
